  1. Information & Filtering: The client reads the provided information and proceeds to fill out the application form. This form is strategically designed to act as an initial filtering process, gathering essential details to assess their fit for the program.

  2. Instant Acknowledgment: Immediately upon submission, the client receives a warm, automated email acknowledging receipt of their form. This ensures they feel heard and valued from the very first interaction.

  3. Invitation to Connect (for Qualified Leads): If the client is identified as qualified by my system (as discussed in my previous article on lead qualification), they receive a follow-up email within two hours, inviting them to book a slot on my Calendly for a one-on-one meeting.

  6. Course Agreement & Contract: Following our second meeting, if the client agrees to enroll in the course, they receive the contract within a few clicks, simplifying the agreement process.

  7. Automated Invoicing: Upon submitting the signed contract, they automatically receive a Stripe invoice, streamlining the payment process

  8. Onboarding & Preparation: After payment, an automated onboarding email is sent, providing all the necessary information to prepare for our work together, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.

  9. Personalized Client File Creation: Simultaneously, a dedicated client file is automatically created and populated with their contract and other personalized documents essential for the service delivery.

  10. Service Completion & Archiving: Once the service is successfully completed, the client receives a feedback form. After this is submitted, their file is automatically archived, maintaining an organized record while ensuring we stay in touch for future engagements.
