The Silent Salesman: How My Systems Close Deals Before I Even Speak

I'm realizing something profound lately: so many incredible entrepreneurs, even here in Europe, are barely aware of the power of automation. They're leaving so much on the table, simply because they don't know what's possible.

Just recently, on my way home, I had a random encounter with a coach. Neither of us knew each other, but she was open, and I happily engaged in conversation. Down the line, I opened up about what I do – for those who don't know, I help solopreneurs and small business owners gain operational time with AI-assisted workflows that allow them to scale and increase their ROI without burnout.

It so happened she was planning on setting up her online presence in a professional way and was looking for someone to guide her. I didn't need to show her much before she was absolutely decided to work with me. Now, does this mean we have a deal? Not always. To truly close a sale takes much more than a random talk with a stranger.

This is where my automations quietly proved I mastered my work and led to us not only working together but equally having her introduce me to her circle of friend coaches as well.

From that conversation, all I needed to do was send her a WhatsApp message. First, appreciating the quality of our conversation, and second, sending her the link to my calendar with my availabilities. Since my time is my most precious commodity, I have different event types for prospects. Intro calls don't last beyond 20 minutes. This is usually enough to grasp what the client does and if it's a profile I'm willing to work with. Only then do they get access to a 90-minute Google Meet call link. This is where I show them how well my systems would work for them as we actually draft a strategy for their business (this could be automated workflows or the use of digital tools for client acquisition, prospecting, sales, etc.).

This is exactly what I did with this lady. I sent her the link, and she immediately booked our intro call, which led to a booking for an in-depth call, which then led to her hiring my services. Only then did I give her access to the link to my working session calls, which last 2 hours minimum each, and where I not only build these systems for her but also coach her on how to do it herself.

So far, she's learned how to:

  • Design professional forms for data collection

  • Manipulate data for mass communication of a recommended tool

  • Set up appealing newsletters

  • Prompt engineering for compelling texts and images.

We are barely still starting our program, and she has already:

  • Invited me to coach a 45-minute session during her 3-day masterclass.

  • Invited me to an exclusive brunch with excellent professional coaches in Ile-de-France.

  • And absolutely recommended me to her friends.

That recommendation made even more sense as they all automatically received the beautifully designed Brunch appreciation email I coached her to schedule days before the event. She had forgotten about it, but the system remembered.

This is not to say it always happens like that. But discussions that always end at mere talks are rampant. This was quite fast because my system was already at work. While we are still conversing, I give you my link, and we have a meeting set up.

It is rare that a 20-minute intro call + follow-up meeting holds on a one-to-one basis and you still have a hard time closing.
